What uicomponents.gallery stores about you, and what it doesn’t. Last updated 2 November 2026.

Visiting

You can read the gallery without an account. We don’t ask for your name to do that.

Page views are counted by Plausible, hosted at pl.panda.network. It does not use a cookie and it does not build an advertising profile. Pages under /admin are not counted.

Choosing “Open site” can pass that click through i.panda.network so we know which listing was opened. The link still goes to the site itself.

Sign in with X

Sign-in is optional. It goes through Supabase’s X provider. We store the X account id, the handle, the display name, and the avatar when it is hosted on pbs.twimg.com. We never see your X password, and we don’t store an X access token.

While you are signed in, Supabase keeps the session in cookies. Signing out ends that session.

Saves and upvotes

Before you sign in, saved sites stay in this browser under the key uicomponents:saved:v1. That list is not sent to us until you sign in, when it is copied onto the account. The copy on the device is left as it was.

An upvote is one vote on one site. The total is public. Which account cast it is not shown on the page.

Submissions

The suggestion form stores the site name, the URL, an optional note, and an optional email. The email is used only if we have a question. A suggestion is not published by itself.

Cookies

The sign-in flow sets a short-lived cookie so we can return you to the page you came from. Signed-in sessions use Supabase’s cookies. Editors have a separate sign-in that visitors never receive.

While a site password is turned on, one more cookie remembers that this browser has entered it.

Where it lives

The site is served by Cloudflare. Account, save, vote and submission records are stored in Supabase. We don’t sell this information.

Removal

Sign out to end a session. To delete the saved profile, the saves and the votes, write to hello@panda.network.
